After graduating from Carnegie Mellon University in 1994 Kevin Goldman worked as a computer analyst until he decided to get his NYS Real Estate license in 2000. After working for Citi Habitats as a broker for over a year Kevin left Real Estate to work his family business distributing high end kitchen appliances in the New York Metropolitan Area. As the Manhattan wholesales representative for Sub Zero and Wolf Appliance over the next 11 years Kevin worked with high end developers, architects and designers on high end kitchen remodels, corporate showrooms and large scale apartment projects in New York City. To help grow the business Kevin started working with his network of small business owners to teach them credit management and financial planning. From 2006-2007 Kevin was the Treasurer of the Manhattan Chapter of the National Kitchen and Bath Association, in 2008-2010 he was the President of the Manhattan Chapter.
In 2011 Kevin decided to start his own real estate investment business in Sonoma County California remodeling REO homes ( vacant homes owned by banks ) for sale to new buyers. Having worked with banks and auction houses for the last 3 years I see a demand for someone who can help homeowners who have some equity in their home yet due to circumstances beyond their control ( loss or relocation of job, health issues, divorce, death of a loved one ) have a property that they cannot maintain their monthly payments on. In these cases the positive equity accrued over years of hard work and saving can be eroded by interest and bank fees very quickly.
If you want a way out without losing all your investment then you should consider calling me. I can offer you cash for your home, no matter what the condition it is in, and the flexibility to close when YOU need to close not before. We can save your equity and your credit and get you a fresh start.
